Wanted to pass along an update on Johhny's wfie that suffered a massive stroke and has been in Critical care up until a few days ago (that we talked about at the last meeting).  She is now in the Rehab Hospital portion of Hendricks.  In talking with Johnny through this time I have assured him that he has the prayers of all of you.  I told him he had "an army of bass anglers" to help if he needed anything and his response was "Many Thanks!!".  He covets most your prayers though, so keep those coming.

Carolyn mentioned at the Leon tournament about sending a card or something and we have not done anything like that yet because she is just now in a room.  We can sign a card at the next meeting to send to them.  However, I have talked with Johnny many times and he knows that there are people praying for him, his wife, and his family and will help whenever needed.  So know that those feelings have been sent.

The Stoker's are at home!

Visited with them last week late and delivered our card.  Jean is responding a lot more and try to use her left side more and more.  Her right side is functioning well and her speech is good.  You can tell she is a very determined person and a go-getter!

One thing they are looking for is a handcap accessible vehicle.  If anyone knows of a used one are anything like that, either let me know and I will get you in contact with Johnny or you can contact him directly.  

Keep praying for this family.  They still have lots of obstacles to overcome and a whole new lifestyle to adapt too as well.
